This website (clariahd.com, the “Site”) is operated by Claria Holdings Corporation (“we”, “us”). Please read the following before using the Site. By using the Site you are deemed to have agreed to it. This is an English translation provided for convenience; the Japanese version prevails in the event of any discrepancy.
1. Copyright
Rights in the text, images, diagrams, design and programs published on the Site belong to us or to the third parties who hold them. Please do not reproduce, modify, republish, distribute or transmit them beyond the scope permitted by law, including private use.
2. Trademarks
Company names, service names and logos of Claria Holdings and its group companies shown on the Site are trademarks or registered trademarks of the group. Use of the Site does not grant any licence to use them. Third-party marks belong to their respective owners.
3. Disclaimer
We take care to keep the information on the Site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete. Content may be changed, suspended or discontinued without notice.
We accept no liability for any loss arising from use of the Site or from decisions or actions taken on the basis of information published on it, except where caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
4. Prohibited conduct
Please refrain from the following when using the Site.
- Infringing the rights or interests of us or any third party
- Interfering with the operation of the Site or placing excessive load on our servers
- Unauthorised access or any other act that undermines the security of the Site

5. Linking
You may link to the Site without contacting us in advance. We may, however, decline links in the following cases.
- Links from sites containing content that defames Claria Holdings or its group companies
- Links from sites containing content contrary to public order and morals
- Links presented in a way that suggests an affiliation with us that does not exist
- Links that display our content inside a frame, obscuring its source

If you send us a plan, technology or idea that we have not solicited, we assume no obligation of confidentiality or any other obligation in respect of it. We are also not liable in the event that we were independently considering or implementing the same or similar content.

8. Cookies and external transmission
The Site does not use analytics tools that record browsing activity, nor cookies for advertising. We do not collect information in order to identify or track individual visitors.
The Site does, however, rely on the external services listed below to render its pages. Your browser sends requests directly to those services, and in doing so transmits communication data such as your IP address, browser type and referrer to their providers.

Both are used solely to display and deliver the Site. We do not provide visitor information to third parties for advertising or behavioural targeting. If we introduce analytics in future, we will state the recipients and the information transmitted on this page and in the Privacy Policy before doing so.
9. Recommended environment
We recommend using a current version of a major browser. Some display or functionality may not work correctly in other environments. If JavaScript is disabled, some visual transitions will not run, but all published content remains readable.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
Use of the Site and the interpretation and application of these terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Ichinomiya Branch of the Nagoya District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over any dispute with us relating to the Site.
